We do not process contact data of invited persons (e.g., phone numbers or email addresses). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
8. Data of Invited Persons
The distribution of invitation links is carried out exclusively by the user. MyWeddingBoard does not collect or process contact data of invited persons. The user is responsible for the lawful distribution of invitations.
9. Budget and Seating Plan Tools
We offer tools for creating a wedding budget and a seating plan. This data is stored exclusively in the user's account and is not shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

MyWeddingBoard offers digital tools for creating wedding invitations, budgets, and seating plans. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the platform.
2. Services of MyWeddingBoard
MyWeddingBoard provides users with a web application to create digital wedding invitations, plan budgets, and create seating plans.
MyWeddingBoard does not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., error-free planning or correct delivery of invitations) nor assumes any warranty regarding the suitability of the content created.
3. Free Use and Registration
Part of the platform can be used free of charge and without registration. For certain features (e.g., creating personalized invitation links, saving projects, export or sending features), registration is required.
4. Paid Services (One-Time Payment)
A one-time fee («one-time payment») may be charged for advanced features. Current prices will be displayed before completing the purchase process. Upon successful payment, the user gains access to the paid features.
5. Conclusion of Contract and Payment
The contract for paid services is concluded upon completion of the order process and after successful payment. Payment is made through the offered payment providers (e.g., Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.).
6. Digital Invitations and Distribution
Users can create digital wedding invitations and share them via personalized links. MyWeddingBoard does not send invitations on behalf of users. The distribution of invitation links is carried out exclusively by the user (e.g., via WhatsApp, email, or other services). The privacy policies of the respective external providers apply.
7. Liability for Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they create (e.g., texts, images, seating plans) is lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties. MyWeddingBoard is not responsible for content created or distributed by users.
8. Availability
MyWeddingBoard strives to make the platform available without interruption. However, permanent availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance tasks, technical failures, or force majeure may cause restrictions.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. In the case of digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire if the user expressly consents to the performance of the contract commencing before the withdrawal period expires.
10. Liability
MyWeddingBoard shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, MyWeddingBoard shall only be liable if essential contractual obligations are breached, and such liability is limited to foreseeable damages. Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform, software, designs, and content belong to MyWeddingBoard or the respective rights holders. Users receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for the digital invitations they create, solely for private purposes.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of MyWeddingBoard.
13. Duration and Termination
Free use can be terminated at any time. Paid services are provided as a one-time payment and end with the provision of the corresponding feature. There is no subscription.
14. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
MyWeddingBoard reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Users will be informed of significant changes.
15. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MyWeddingBoard, Owner: Victor Javier Jimenez Andrades, c/o IP-Management #4682, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, email: info@myweddingboard.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal shall expire if we have begun the performance of the contract after you:
- have expressly consented to the commencement of the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- have confirmed that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of the performance of the contract.
